Office Hours

The Graduate School has extended office hours on Wednesday evenings throughout the semester until 6PM.  If you have questions or need to drop off any forms, please stop by the Arts and Sciences Dean’s Office, Armitage Hall 3rd Floor.

Annual Meeting and Reception

Save the Date for the Annual Graduate School Meeting on Wednesday, May 7 from 4-5pm followed by an end of the year reception from 5-7pm for all graduate faculty and students.  More information and an RSVP form will follow.

2014-2015 Housing Contracts

Upcoming Events

April 4th: Trip to New York

Participants will receive a tour of Bloomberg headquarters, a financial software, data and media company.  Later in the day, students will be able to attend the taping of the Dr. Oz Show. Sign-up at the 330 Cooper Office for Housing and Residence Life

April 6th: Game of Thrones Night in the 330 Cooper Club Room

Watch the season premiere of the HBO show Game of Thrones. Details at the 330 Cooper Office for Housing and Residence Life

 May 2nd: First Friday in Philadelphia

Students will take the PATCO into Philadelphia to see the Art Exhibits that are open to the public for free as a result of First Friday

Career Center News


Services include assistance with career decisions, resume / CV writing, interview coaching, job search assistance and PhD/professional school advising.  Individual appointments can be scheduled by calling 856.225.6046 or stop by the Career Center in the lower level of the campus center.

  • CareerShift Search Engine within our Raptorlink system.  This is an excellent platform to help students find jobs/internships and network with professionals including Rutgers alumni.
