Scholarships and Fellowships
The Graduate School offers competitive funding opportunities to top applicants in the form of fellowships, scholarships, and tuition remission awards. Awards for incoming graduate students are determined by the graduate department’s admissions committee and do not require an additional application. Awards for returning graduate students are determined by the graduate department.
Individual graduate programs may also have limited scholarship funds available for promising students. Program directors will notify their outstanding applicants of the availability of these funds.
Graduate and Teaching Assistantships
Some graduate programs offer graduate or teaching assistantships. These awards are also determined by the graduate department and do not require an additional application.
Please note that only the following programs offer either teaching or graduate assistantships:

- English (TA)
