CAMDEN CABARET SPARKLES WITH CLASSIC BROADWAY TUNES

Rutgers–Camden Theater presents Camden Cabaret: Classic Broadway, a cavalcade of hummable show tunes from the 1930s to the 1990s, December 8-11 in the Black Box Studio on the Rutgers campus. Performances are Thursday-Saturday at 7:30 and Sunday at 2:00.

Featuring Rutgers musical theater students, the one-hour show will run the gamut from tender ballads to high-octane chorus numbers, including songs by Cole Porter, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Stephen Sondheim, and Jonathan Larson.

The music director is Prof. Soyeon Bin. Dr. Julianne Baird and Dr. Kenneth Elliott are the faculty advisors.

Tickets can be purchased at the Impact Booth in the Campus Center, at the box office one hour prior to showtime, or online.
