The “Demystifying the Academic Writing Process” workshop will occur on October 2, 2020, from 12 pm – 1 pm. In this workshop, we assess the meaning of engaging in academic writing. We discuss different versions of academic writing that you may be asked to employ while completing your assignments. We discuss common distractions and roadblocks that occur during the writing process and how to circumvent them. This workshop is especially relevant as we traverse our “new normal” for the upcoming semester that may have many distractions.
