The belonging campaign will seek to create a more inclusive campus community in which all students, faculty, and staff actively contribute to a climate the promotes and nurtures inclusivity, empowers and supports people, and builds an equitable community where all are welcomed, valued, and affirmed. We also will share updates on our campus diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic plan, introduce the newly established DEI Council and new director of DEI, Naima Hall, and share information about various DEI-related initiatives being led by the Division of Diversity, Inclusion, and Civic Engagement for the upcoming academic year.
Location: Multi-Purpose Room, located on the main level of the Campus Center
Students are encouraged to share questions and participate during this event, but are also welcome to share any thoughts and questions in advance here.
