The Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) is a highly selective, cohort-based program ideal for mid-to upper-level managers. You are eligible to apply to this program if you have at least five years of administrative or managerial experience. Complete the Executive MPA program in two years attending class Saturday mornings.
