INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS MEET AND GREET (for NEW and RETURNING students)

SPRUCE STREET HARBOR PARK (for NEW and RETURNING students)
Location: Outside of 330 Cooper St, Camden, NJ 08102
Time: 1 PM to 5 PM
Join fellow students on a day trip Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia and enjoy the scenic ferry. Students must meet outside of 330 Cooper by 1 PM. Please RSVP by emailing the Office of International Students at ois@camden.rutgers.edu. Students should bring fare to cover the trip to Spruce Street ($10 round trip).

Tuesday, August 29
REHS LAB SAFETY TRAINING SESSION (for all CCIB students (or other STEM students))
Location: JHSC, Room 104abc
Time: 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
This training session is required for all incoming graduate students who have not attended an in-person lab safety training session at Rutgers University. Students should register to attend using this form. Please register by 8/21.
NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION (for all NEW graduate students)

CCIB NEW STUDENT ORIENTATION (for all CCIB students)
Location: JHSC, Room 104A
Time: 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM
Have the chance to meet the CCIB leadership and administrative team and learn how to be successful as an incoming CCIB student. You will also have the chance to meet and socialize with students in your cohort.

CSSD CAMDEN ART CRAWL (Open to All)

Veteran New & Current Student Orientation (for students who use VA or National Guard educational benefits)
Location: Campus Center, Raptor Roost
Time: 12 PM to 3 PM
This event is vital to anyone would is using VA and/or National Guard educational benefits, Offices that will be attending to answer questions are, but not limited to: Financial aid, Student Involvement, Register, & various outside partners. RSVP on Engage.

CCIB SUMMER POSTER SESSION (for NEW and RETURNING students)
Location: Joint Health Sciences Center, Room 104
Time: 10 AM to 2 PM
All members of the Rutgers-Camden STEM community are invited to participate in this event. This event is a contest and there will be prizes in four different categories. All community members are welcome to attend the session, even if not presenting. Please register for the event by August 18, using this form. Posters should be printed landscape style, 36″ X 48″ using RCIT.

TRIP TO ATLANTIC CITY (for NEW and RETURNING students)
Location: Outside of Campus Center, 326 Penn St, Camden, NJ 08102
Time: 8 AM to 6 PM
Join fellow students on a day trip to the beach and enjoy a fun-filled day of activities. Students must meet outside of the campus center by 8AM. Please RSVP by emailing the Office of International Students at ois@camden.rutgers.edu. Students should bring fare to cover the trip to Atlantic City (~$20 round trip).
