Designed by Erdy McHenry Architecture and Michaels Development Company, 330 Cooper received the 2012 AIA Philadelphia Merit Award in the Built Category. This 12-story structure, tailored to graduate students’ needs, represents Camden’s first new student housing in over two decades. Housing approximately 350 students, it includes around 7,000 square feet of ground-level retail space.
