Official and Unofficial Transcripts
The Graduate School-Camden will review your application initially with unofficial transcripts. Official transcripts will be requested only after you have been admitted. However, it is important to note that the Graduate School Camden reserves the right to require official transcripts at any stage of the admission process. In case any discrepancies are found between the unofficial and official transcripts, the Graduate School may withdraw any admission offers that have been made.
Request Transcripts for All Postsecondary Institutions
To process your application to the Graduate School-Camden, it is mandatory to submit transcripts from all institutions you attended, irrespective of credit earned, program completion, or the presence of transfer credits from other transcripts. We will initiate the review of your application only after we have received all of your transcripts.
Official Transcript Submission for Admitted Students
If you are admitted to a program and accept the admission offer, you will be required to submit official transcripts to the Office of Graduate Admissions. Please note: To enroll for your second term, it is necessary for us to receive your official transcript(s) beforehand. Your institution(s) should send original, official transcripts, showing your degree awarded, to the Office of Graduate and Undergraduate Admissions. Official electronic transcripts may be sent to e-transcripts@camden.rutgers.edu. Please mail all official documentation to:
